How do I order?

Add items to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your name, phone number and address. We will call or message to confirm.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1-2 working days inside Dhaka and 2-5 working days outside Dhaka.

What if the size does not fit?

You can exchange it within 7 days. See the Returns & exchange page for the conditions.

How do I wash knitwear?

Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle, and dry flat in the shade. Do not wring.

How can I track my order?
