7-day exchange

If the size or colour is not right, you can ask for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange it.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags
• For hygiene reasons, opened attar and baby items worn next to skin cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty
• Sale or combo items can be exchanged for size only

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the delivery charge.

Delivery charge for exchanges

For a size or colour change, the customer pays the delivery charge for the new parcel. Refunds, where they apply, are sent by bKash or Nagad within 7 working days.
